HOUSTON, TX – June 2016 – Percheron is pleased to announce the promotion of Douglas Wagner to Director, Southeast for Field Services. He will be responsible for the oversight and quality execution of projects as well as business development in the region, based in the Charlotte, NC Regional office.

Douglas joined Percheron in 2006 as a Field Manager with legacy company OGM Land. He began his career in the Energy side, but has spent much of his time managing right of way projects across the country. Most recently, Douglas managed 80 project contractors in 3 field offices with negotiations and acquisitions of 950 parcels of land for the construction two mainline pipelines. Douglas has proven success as a project manager from complex preproduction through final completion. He has extensive expertise in due diligence for all phases of land acquisitions, title research and support, acquisition and negotiations.

Douglas has a Bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. He is an active member of the IRWA.
