HOUSTON, TX – February 2015 - Percheron announced the promotion of Jeff Hieber to Vice President, Business Development for Percheron Survey, LLC. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with more than 10 years of experience with Percheron and prior OGM Land Company. Prior to accepting his new role, Jeff served as the Director of Exploration and Production for Percheron Field Services.

He was instrumental in Percheron Survey's success in his past role with Percheron Field Services and his full-time involvement in business development will provide numerous new opportunities for the company,” said Arch Stout, President, Percheron Survey, LLC.
As Director with Percheron Field Services, Jeff oversaw and managed all surface E&P client’s projects. He has been with Percheron since the company’s inception in 2007. Prior to Percheron, Jeff worked for OGM Land Company where his responsibilities included project management, mineral title, lease checking, due diligence and curative work.
Jeff has a Bachelor of Science from Illinois State University with his background in industrial technology construction, design and architecture. Jeff is an active member of the Houston Association of Professional Landman (HAPL), American Petroleum Institute (APL), American Association of Professional Landman (AAPL), The Pipeliner’s Association of Houston and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). He is also a member of the Houston Rodeo Calf Scramble committee.
Terry Rowe, prior Vice President of Business Development, has moved to an operations role as a Vice President, Percheron Survey, LLC. Terry will oversee project development, work with the Program Management Office (PMO) to develop consistent project standards and provide support to the Regional offices; along with some a continuing effort to drive business development. Terry recently earned his Professional Licensed Surveyor (PLS) registration in North Carolina and will be working with the Regional Directors there to develop and staff the Southeast Regional office.
