Rowe Terry IMG 0018 2 158x190 for websiteHouston, TX – June 17, 2013 – Percheron announced the addition of Terry L. Rowe as Vice President, Business Development - Survey for Percheron LLC. He will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships throughout the nation, working closely with the divisional directors on project management responsibilities, while helping execute business development strategies.

Terry comes to Percheron with 14 years of experience, beginning his career in 1999. He has worked in numerous survey management roles, cultivating a broad-base of experience in Land Surveying, GIS, Mapping, Construction, Project Management, Operations and Personnel Management. Before joining Percheron, Terry worked as the Operations Manager of the Integrity Field Services division for Energy Maintenance Services, Inc (EMS USA). Prior, he worked in Sebha, Libya as the Regional Program Manager for AECOM Technology Group.

Terry became a Texas Registered Professional Land Surveyor in 2001. In 2006, he became a Texas Licensed State Land Surveyor and in 2010 he received the designation of Project Management Professional. Terry is a member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), The Pipeliners Association of Houston and the Project Management Institute. He also serves on the Advisory Board for the Lone Star College Surveying Program and is a Certified Adjunct Professor with the Lone Star Community College System, Montgomery Campus. Terry is pre-certified with the Texas Department of Transportation in all surveying-related categories.
