Andrew "Andy" Antipas is Director/SME, Rockies – Environmental for Percheron, LLC. He has over 25 years of regulatory, project management, and leadership experience including oil and gas exploration, aviation, commercial facilities, housing developments, schools, municipal facilities, ski areas, and highway interchange improvements.
Andy has extensive experience as project manager, technical specialist, and agency liaison on a wide variety projects involving the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). He has conduct NEPA analysis for National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Forest Service (USFS), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACOE), and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA).
Andy led the process to develop a Programmatic Agreement for the management of cultural resources between an energy company, BLM, State Historic Preservation Officer, and the Advisory Council for Historic Preservation (ACHP). He has participated in the design and construction of wetland mitigation sites and the reclamation of energy facilities. He has a Masters in Biology/Ecology from Binghamton University and is a member of the Colorado Riparian Association.
