Carmelita Delgado, R/W-NAC, RWA is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC. She has over 16 years of project experience in improving the energy industry infrastructure development in both the private and public sectors.
Carmelita previously held the position of Regional Manager, North Central, managing electric transmission, wind, and solar projects for various large-scale clients in the region. Her expertise includes project management, fee/easement acquisition, corridor preservation, land use analysis, due diligence, title curative, and feasibility studies.
Carmelita is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), currently serving as the Vice President of Chapter 6. She previously served as the Region 9 Vice-Chair and held various other positions with Chapter 6. Carmelita is a Trustee on the IRWA Right of Way International Education Foundation (RWIEF), as well as involved in the Young Professionals Group and IRWA Transportation Committee. Carmelita holds her R/W NAC and RWA certifications through the IRWA and is a candidate for her SR/WA. She is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and Utah.
