Lori Fisher is a Managing Director for Percheron, LLC with 20+ years of industry experience. Lori joined OGM Land Company as a Landman in 2000. When her attention to detail was revealed, she moved into a lease analyst position. In subsequent years, Lori was promoted to Project Manager, overseeing runsheets, mineral title and curative, and then Director of Land Administration.
As Director, she has had the opportunity to fully integrate numerous offices nationwide and develop a set of processes to streamline the workflow of the Land Administration Department at Percheron. She is responsible for leading the department in document generation and management, including maintaining, analyzing and interpreting lease records, easements, and contracts.
Lori is an active member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), National Association of Lease & Title Analysts (NALTA) and Houston Association of Lease & Title Analysts (ALTA), currently serving on the NALTA Board of Directors as Certification Director for a 3rd term. She also serves as the NALTA Expansion Chair, most recently starting the ATX-ALTA Chapter in Austin, Texas. In 2017, Lori received the ALTA Member of the Year Award. In 2019, Lori received the NALTA Outstanding Service Award. She previously served as ALTA First VP, CPLTA Liaison, is a Qualified CPLTA Instructor, and has conducted CPLTA study groups, reviews and testing in the Houston area for six years. She earned her CPLTA (Certified Professional Lease & Title Analyst) certification through NALTA. Lori has an associate’s degree in Business Administration from Colorado Christian University.
