Jordan Hohn is a Managing Partner for Percheron, LLC, with 10+ years of industry experience. His expertise in project management, negotiations, relocation assistance, eminent domain, title research and curative, GIS mapping, damage settlements and document preparation.
He joined Percheron in April 2016, previously as a project manager in the Northeast office in Pittsburgh, PA. Jordan was integral in managing PennDOT’s Rapid Bridge Replacement Project, overseeing 300 bridge replacements. He implemented strategies for best practices in acquisition leading to an “exceeds expectations” evaluation from PennDOT.
In April 2018, Jordan was promoted to Director, Southeast. In this role he has overseen numerous projects in various end markets throughout the region, including infrastructure, oil & gas, and electric distribution/transmission project. Under his leadership in the Southeast, Percheron has added new clients while increasing market share with the existing client base.
Jordan has sat on several internal committees including Integrated Services, Transportation, and Renewable Energy. He is currently the chair of Percheron’s PMO committee and continues to lead organizational change though a focus on continuous improvement.
Jordan received his Bachelor's in Business Administration and his MBA at Seton Hill University. He is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and received his PMP Certification in 2018.
