Bryan Kinsler, P.E. is Director, Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He has 17 years of experience in the oil, gas, and chemicals industries, as well as municipal, utilities, and transportation, and holds his Professional Engineering license in Texas, as well as seven additional states.
Bryan joined Percheron in January 2022 as a Senior Project Manager. Throughout his career, Bryan has managed all aspects of project execution for facilities and pipeline projects throughout the United States and international projects in Canada, Libya, and Saudi Arabia. His experience includes pipeline facilities, pipelines, renewable fuel, gathering systems, storage tanks and caverns, power transmission and distribution, wastewater treatment, levee modification, marine, rail, and truck loading. He has a proven track record of cost-effective engineering project completion, a strong technical background in pipeline and civil engineering, master planning, cost estimating, and supply chain management.
Bryan holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University. He is a member of the Pipeliners Association of Houston (PAH), American Society of Civil Engineers, Association for the Capital Project Engineering & Construction Community, and Association of Water Board Directors.
