Sidney "Sid" E. Armer is the Regional Manager, South Central – Public Sector of Percheron. His 12+ years of experience in the right of way industry has provided him the opportunity to view both public and pipeline projects from the planning/feasibility stage, routing, cost estimating, title research, on-going project budgeting, materials procurement, right of way acquisition, project management, data management, condemnation support, residential and business relocation, construction, all the way through to the damage settlement phase. Sid received his Bachelor's degree from Texas A&M University and his J.D. from St. Mary's University School of Law. He is a member of the Texas State Bar Association, International Right of Way Association (IRWA) and servied in the US Navy.
Steven Betz, RPLS is a Project Manager - Survey, with 40+ years of industry experience, with 22 years of Survey Department Management and Senior Project Management. He joined Percheron in May 2015, and is experienced in many types of land survey projects including topographic, engineering design, route, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, boundary, construction, As Built, as well as mapping, records research and computations. He is experienced in coordination, personnel, and equipment requirements for both small and large projects and has been responsible for quality control of final results. Steven is pre-certified to work for TxDOT and is a Texas RPLS.
Curtis Cole is Sr. Financial Analyst for Percheron with 10+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in April 2015. Curtis received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Patrick Curlin is Mapping Lead - Survey for Percheron with over 25 years of experience in pipeline route design and mapping. He is experienced in coordination, personnel, for both small, fast paced, multi-state projects and large, multi-year, long linear projects. He serves as mapping lead for select projects throughout the nation. In addition, he has extensive technical skills in different CAD programs.
Brian Davis is a Project Manager - Energy, with 5+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in 2011, previously as a Civil Engineer. Brian received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of AAPL, DAPL, and WAPL and has his RPL certification.
Carmelita Delgado, R/W-NAC, RWA is Regional Manager, North Central - Field Services with over 16 years of project experience in improving the Energy Industry Infrastructure Development in both the private and public sector. Her most recent experience includes working with the Land Services Division as a Real Estate Specialist. Carmelita is an active member of the IRWA, currently servicing as the Vice President of Chapter 6. She previously served as the Region 9 Vice Chair, and various other positions with Chapter 6. Carmelita holds her R/W NAC and RWA certifications and is a candidate for her SR/WA. She is a licensed real estate agent in Texas and Utah.
Patrick Fawbush is Project Manager - Energy, with 15+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in June 2000, previously as a Project Manager. Pat received a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and is an active member of the AAPL, WHAPL and APLA. He earned his CPL certification through the AAPL.
Lori Fisher is a Director of Land Administration - Energy, with 15+ years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in 2000, previously as a Project Manager. Lori is an active member of the AAPL, HAPL, NALTA and ALTA, currently serving on the NALTA Certification Committee. She previously served as ALTA First VP, CPLTA Liaison and is a Qualified CPLTA Instructor. She earned her CPLTA certification through the AAPL.
Josh Gaddis is Recruiting Manager for Percheron with 5+ years of oil & gas industry experience. He joined Percheron in August 2010. Josh received a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburg State University after playing baseball for Kansas City Kansas Community College. He is an active member of the IRWA Chapter 8 in Houston.
Kirsten Gee is a Senior Project Manager - Energy, with 15+ years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in 2000, previously as a Project Manager. Kirsten received a Bachelor’s Degree from Sam Houston State University and is an active member of the AAPL, HAPL and ALTAPL. She earned her CPL certification through the AAPL and holds her Texas Real Estate License.
Billy Greathouse is Project Coordinator - Survey for Percheron with over 20 years of surveying experience, with the last 10+ years focused on new pipeline and facility development as well as O&M. At Percheron Billy is key in new project development and execution, as well as project coordination and management. Billy is experienced in all aspects of land surveying including preliminary, construction, and final as-built for various types of oil and gas projects. He is also well versed in civil topographic surveying, engineering design, route design, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, boundary, and all aspects of plant and refinery surveying. He is experienced in coordinating and managing multiple projects and field crews, safety personnel, on projects both large and small.
Tyna Hammond is NSite Application Manager for Percheron, with 6 years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in Decemeber of 2011, previously serving as a Document Specialist. Tyna received a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Mary Hardin- Baylor.
Andrew "Andy" Antipas is Regional Project Manager – Environmental for Percheron, LLC. He has 25 years of regulatory, project management, and leadership experience including oil and gas exploration, aviation, commercial facilities, housing developments, schools, municipal facilities, ski areas, and highway interchange improvements. Andy has extensive experience as project manager, technical specialist, and agency liaison on a wide variety projects involving the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Endangered Species Act (ESA), and the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA). He has a Masters in Biology/Ecology from Binghampton University and is a member of the Colorado Riparian Association.
Nick Holub, CSP is HSE Manager for Percheron, LLC. Nick has been employed in manufacturing and commercial construction industries since he began his career over 15 years ago. He has found success in each area from team leading, plant management and at the director level working with multi-national teams. Occupational Safety and Health Administration and Department of Transportation compliance and working to better the industries has been a major focus of his career.
Nick has earned his Occupational Health & Safety Degree from Columbia Southern University. He also holds his Certified Safety Professional credentials from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, BCSP. Nick also instructs for Texas A&M University, TEEX and is an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer for Construction and General Industry.
Marcus Hostas, RPLS is Director, Permian Basin - Survey for Percheron, with more than 35 years of experience in surveying and mapping in Texas, New Mexico and Wyoming. He joined Percheron in 2018, and previously servied as project manager for several surveying and engineering companies in West Texas. He has supervised numerous well location staking, various types of well locations, topographic, right-of-way, pipeline, ALTA/ACSM boundary surveys, engineering, GIS and UAV mapping projects. Marcus holds an Associates Degree from Texas State Technical Institute and is a RPLS in Texas.
