Patrick Curlin is Mapping Lead - Survey for Percheron with over 26 years of experience in pipeline route design and mapping. He is experienced in coordination, personnel, for both small, fast-paced, multi-state projects and large, multi-year, long linear projects. He serves as mapping lead for select projects throughout the nation. In addition, he has extensive technical skills in different CAD programs. Patrick is Blue Sky certified Level II.
Brian Davis is a Project Manager - Energy, with 10+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in 2011, previously as a Civil Engineer. Brian received his Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University. He is an active member of AAPL, DAPL, and WAPL and has his RPL certification.
Patrick Fawbush is Project Manager - Energy, with 18+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in June 2000, previously as a Project Manager. Pat received a Bachelor’s Degree from Purdue University and is an active member of the AAPL, WHAPL and APLA. He earned his CPL certification through the AAPL.
Jim Ford is CAD Manager for Percheron, with 20+ years’ experience in land surveying and operations. He joined Percheron in June 2011 and was the lead Technicians for many of Percheron larger survey projects including the Shell Falcon Project. Jim is responsible for developing and implementing new technologies as well as training Technicians for the entire surveying department. Jim received an A.A.S. Degree in Engineering Design Graphics at Austin Community College and attended South West Texas State University. Jim is also BlueSky certified, Level II and pursuing his S.I.T. certification.
Josh Gaddis is Recruiting Manager for Percheron with 13 years of oil & gas industry experience. He joined Percheron in August 2010. Josh received a Bachelor’s Degree from Pittsburg State University after playing baseball for Kansas City Kansas Community College. He is an active member of the IRWA Chapter 8 in Houston.
Billy Greathouse is Project Manager - Survey for Percheron with over 20 years of surveying experience, with the last 10+ years focused on new pipeline and facility development as well as O&M. At Percheron Billy is key in new project development and execution, as well as project coordination and management. Billy is experienced in all aspects of land surveying including preliminary, construction, and final as-built for various types of oil and gas projects. He is also well versed in civil topographic surveying, engineering design, route design, ALTA/ACSM Land Title, boundary, and all aspects of plant and refinery surveying. He is experienced in coordinating and managing multiple projects and field crews, safety personnel, on projects both large and small.
Gwen Longo is a Program Manager for Percheron, LLC. She has 9 years of experience working in the energy industry, previously serving as Regional Manager, Northeast. After receiving her Bachelor's degree from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania, Gwen began her career as a GIS Technician and was promoted into project management in 2016. She has been involved in the right of way process from beginning to end; from initial routing design with engineers, building property boundaries with title, document generation and review, easement acquisitions, landowner and attorney negotiations, construction support, reclamation, and project closeout. Gwen is an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
Arlene Kaplan is a Project/Relocation Manager - Field Services, with 31+ years of industry experience. She joined Percheron in August 2012, previously as a Relocation Manager. Arlene attended Northwestern University for Business Administration and has pursued extensive continuing education courses in real estate. She is RW/RAC certified through the IRWA and holds a Texas Real Estate License. Arlene is an active member of the IRWA and has co-authored various Relocation courses. She is a Relocation Instructor and provides DOT in-house training for new and developing practitioners. She previously co-founded IRWA Chapter 76, served as the Chairperson for the 46th Annual IRWA Education Conference and has held various other positions both locally and nationally for the IRWA.
Scott Jenkins is a Project Manager - Field Services, with 21+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in August 2012, previously as a Project Supervisor. Scott has a high school diploma and served in the US ARMY.
Jorge Lopez is Regional Manager, South Central for Percheron, LLC. He has extensive in-house and field experience in Oil and Gas Lease/Mineral Acquisitions, Pooling/Unitization, JOA/JDAs, Title Research/Curative, Due Diligence/PSA, Contract Negotiations, ROW Acquisition for midstream and electric transmission. Jorge received a Global MBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Victoria and Bachelors Degree from The University of Texas - Pan-American. He received his RPL certifitation from the AAPL and is an active member of the IRWA.
Jason Marks is a Project Manager - Field Services, with 12 years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in March of 2006, previously as a Crew Chief, Field Supervisor. Jason is a current memeber of AAPL.
Mark McConnell is a Project Manager - Field Services, with 15+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in January 2013, previously serving as a ROW Supervisor. Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree from Montana State University.
Kelly Patton is Business Development Manager for Percheron, LLC. Kelly joins Percheron with over 13 years of experience in establishing and maintaining client relations with over seven years in the right of way industry.
Kelly began her career in the industry as the Regional Coordinator for a right of way consultant in Houston, TX. She became an active member of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA) in 2015. She joined the IRWA Chapter 8’s Young Professional Group and quickly accepted the position of Social Media Chair. In 2017, she became Co-Chair of the group and held the Chair position until 2019. Kelly was an active member of the Chapter 8 Communications Committee where she created the newsletter that is dispersed today from 2019 – 2021. She also served on the Oil & Gas Symposium Committee in 2018 and the Region 2 College Station Young Professional Networking Event from 2015-2020. She also served as a Young Professional Trustee for the Right of Way International Education Foundation (RWIEF). Kelly is currently serving as a Board Member for ROW Cares which holds the Dan Ewing Memorial Golf Tournament each year. Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University.
Gene McDowell is a Project Manager - Field Services, with 20+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in February 2008. Gene attended Temple University and served 6 years in the Special Forces of the military.
Eddie McKinney is a Project Manager - Energy, with 10+ years of industry experience. He joined Percheron in 2007, previously as a Land Lead. Eddie is an active member of the AAPL and MLBC and has a RPL certification.
