At Percheron, we understand that successfully tracking project performance and quality across multiple disciplines and phases of a project can seem impossible with limited internal resources. That’s why Percheron implemented the Program Management Office (PMO), offering a single point-of-contact across Percheron’s service offerings.
Percheron’s Program Management Office (PMO) offers you a single point of contact across all of our company’s service offerings, making it easy to track project performance and quality across multiple disciplines and phases of your project.
For each of your projects, Percheron’s PMO offers:
- Risk Management: As part of the Risk Management Plan, we interview subject matter experts to determine the risks within each of their categories. Then, we outline the likelihood of risk, impact and mitigation strategies and review the plan on at least a bi-weekly basis.
- Change Management: We use our own internal PMO to review and track any and all changes to project scope, timeline and budget.
- Cost/Man-hour Management: PMO collects weekly physical progress from the project management team, then analyzes the data to determine the earned value for each activity. This method also determines percent complete and estimated time to completion. Results and required man hours will be discussed with the project management team prior to finalization and submittal to client.
