Jason Trevino is a Project Manager, Survey for Percheron, LLC. Jason has over 25 years of industry experience. He has experience in managing pipeline design projects, from coordinating survey crews through managing the drafting designers and RPLS's. Jason's experience includes: data processing, preliminary & as-built alignment sheets, plan & profile drawings, cross-section drawings, HDD design drawings, permit drawings, exhibit drawings, navigable waterway pipeline inspection drawings, easement drawings & descriptions, boundary drawings & descriptions, topographic drawings, 3D laser scans, and points clouds. Jason holds his Oklahoma PLS.
Ingrid Fairchild has over 25 years of experience in the environmental field. Her experience includes all facets of environmental regulatory compliance while working for governmental entities for the greater part of her career and with Percheron for the last few years. Throughout her career, Ingrid has been responsible for obtaining complicated permits requiring coordination with multiple federal, state, and local resource agencies and entities. Her experience includes conducting and managing studies and compliance activities for following: Clean Water Act- U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits and permit compliance for Waters of the U.S. avoidance, impacts, creation, and mitigation: National Historic Preservation Act avoidance and mitigation of archeological resources: Threatened and Endangered Species and Migratory Bird Treaty Act surveys and inspections for compliance with laws and permits for avoidance and/or relocation: Phase I, II and III Environmental Site Assessments; National Environmental Policy Act studies and compliance; Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan/ Stormwater Pollution Control and Countermeasures Plan compliance and inspections; asbestos and lead testing and remediation, and hazardous and non-hazardous water storage. In addition, she was responsible for the creation, maintenance and compliance of wetland and stream mitigation banks in accordance with mitigation banking regulations and reviewing agencies.
Jeff Pfeifer is the UAS Program Manager for Percheron, LLC. Jeff joins Percheron with over 10 years of dedicated UAS industry experience, over 30 years of aviation experience, and thousands of UAS flight hours for both military and civilian operations. Prior to Percheron, Jeff was VP of Flight Operations and R&D for a UAS service provider. Jeff’s experience includes fixed-wing, helicopter, VTOL, and multirotor UAS operations. He has designed multiple UAS systems and was a Test and Demo Pilot for multiple military and commercial UAS programs.
Jeff was involved with the training of hundreds of personnel on multiple UAS platforms supporting the global war on terrorism. In addition, Jeff has worked with multiple branches of the military and other government organizations such as DARPA as operations, program/training management, and flight-test support. He also was involved in joint military training exercises between the US government and allied/friendly nations.
Jeff is a FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, a RQ-23 Tigershark UAS certified pilot/instructor, a MQ-5B Hunter UAS certified pilot, a HQ-60 Hybrid VTOL UAS test pilot, a TCOM 28M Aerostat UAS operator, and has flown many other UAS platforms that remain un-named. Jeff attended Missouri State University where he studied Business Administration.
Bryan Kinsler is Sr. Project Manager, Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He is a quality-focused and detail-oriented project manager and professional engineer with over 15 years of experience in all aspects of project execution for facilities and pipelines projects. Adept at managing and supporting projects from the concept stage and scope development through design and construction, to commissioning, Bryan has proven experience in client relations and management of stakeholder objectives to achieve cumulative success. He is a dedicated and seasoned professional with a track record of cost-effective engineering project completion, a strong technical background in pipeline and civil engineering, master planning, cost estimating, and supply chain management. Bryan has a bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech and is a licensed PE in LA and TX.
Matthew Burzynski is a Project Manager, Engineering for Percheron, LLC. He has over 12 years of experience in the oil, gas and chemicals industries holding roles in various areas of project execution for facilities and pipelines including project management, construction management, environmental permitting, project controls, and procurement. Matthew has developed trusted relationships and talent with a strategic eye on innovation who possesses an excellent record of sound business judgement, project leadership, expanding responsibilities across multiple functions. He has a bachelors degree in Environmental Science from Texas A&M Corpus Christi.
Rena Lo is Director, HR for Percheronm, LLC. She has over 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources. Her background includes companies in engineering, project management, oil & gas, civil construction & power, and others. Rena is a graduate of the University of Houston and has worked for companies with as many as 87,000 employees and as few as 200. Her professional development and affiliations include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Professional in Global Human Resources (GPHR), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
Chris Evans is Proposal Manager for Percheron, LLC with 10+ of industry experience formulating estimates, creating and managing the proposal process for multiple engineering companies. His expertise includes commercial business development, proposal management, cost estimating, supply chain management, project coordination, cost controls, and invoicing. His industry experience covers oil & gas, onshore pipeline, offshore and subsea, cathodic protection, engineering and construction. Chris has a bachelor's in Supply Chain Management from the University of Houston.
Kevin Coulter is Project Engineer for Percheron, LLC. He has over 8 years of experience in the oil, gas and chemicals industries holding roles in every area of project execution for facilities and pipelines including project engineering, construction support, project controls, procurement, engineering and design on project stages ranging from conception, through design and construction, to commissioning. Kevin brings several years of field experience combined with project management, engineering and design experience to provide practical and elegant solutions. He holds a bachelors in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University.
